Your use of low light is pretty refined here. Generally I like the exposure, but I think the face could be brought up a little in the darkroom to balance the hands.
This is a good example of how minimal lighting can be a compositional tool for rendering shape and depth.
Why is the illumination on the subject's face warmer in tone than the hands, though? That does bother me a little.
